Last week, the Martians traveled to Asturias for the company retreat! 3 days of quality time together, with plenty of fun activities such as paintball, hiking around Covadonga lakes, visiting towns by the coast, and enjoying the local gastronomy (so tasty) feel so stimulating. Back to our endeavors, we're more willing than ever to keep rocking as a team and company 🚀

Company get-togethers are paramount to running healthy all-remote companies. In this blog post, we shared our experience after our last retreat 3 years ago, at that time in Menorca. Life on earth has changed considerably ever since, but we hope it still helps you organize your retreat!
